Important Note

If the original packaging or the gift item is not returned, delivery charges will be applied again and deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

3. Dispatch Item: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address details to send the parcel back.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Upon approval, your 100% money-back refund will be processed. Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (as per your preferred payment method) within 2-4 business days.
